fibre drum檢驗


昨天與學長一同前往惠陽工業對一項產品做型式認可
及兩項產品的歲驗檢查。
工廠的位置在桃園接近觀音工業區

是做紙桶的工廠，全台領有UN認證的僅有兩家
危險品小型容器檢驗
主要是根據SOLAS Chapter VII中的
國際海運危險品章程所規範
International Maritime Dangerous Good Cood(IMDG)
中的6.1章節

所檢驗的紙桶，規範在IMDG 6.1.4.7
code 1G (1=drums G=fibre)

6.1.4.7.1 The body of the drum shall consist of multiple
plies of heavy paper or fibreboard(without corrugations)
firmly glued or laminated together and may include
one or more protective layers of bitumen, waxed
kraft paper, netal foil, plastics materials.
6.1.4.7.2 Heads shall be of natural wood, fibreboard,
metal, plywood, plastics or other suitable
material and may include one or more protective
layers of bitumen, waxed kraft paper, metal foil,
plastics material, etc.
6.1.4.7.3 The body and heads of the drum and their joins shall
be of a design appropriate to the capacity of the
drum and its intended use.
6.1.4.7.4 The assembled packaging shall be sufficiently water-resistant
so as not to delaminate under normal conditions of transport.
6.1.4.7.5 Maximum capacity of drum: 450 l
6.1.4.7.6 Maximum net mass: 400 kg

型式認可包含圖面審核/visual test/performance test
產品歲驗僅有visual test及取一物件來做drop test

這次紙桶的內容物為solid substance，所以不需要冷凍至零下十八度C
關於型式認可的performance test包含了


1.溫濕度控制 (IMDG 6.1.5.23)
Paper or fibreboard packagings shall be cinditioned for at least
24 hours in an atmosphere having controlled temperature and
relative humidity(r.h.)
2.visual test (IMDG 6.1.5.1)
3.drop test (IMDG 6.1.5.3.1)
4.stacking test (IMDG 6.1.5.6)



關於drop test
drop height：這次檢驗的等級是packing group II，所以墬落高度是1.2m


必須有六個test samples( three for each drop)
drop orentation：
first drop：the packaging shall strike the target diagonally on
the chime or ,if the packaging has no chime, on a
circumferential seam or an edge.
second drop：the packaging shall strike the target on the weakest
part not tested by the first drop, for example a
closure or, for some cylindrical drums, the welded
longitudianl seam of the body.

Cirteria for passing the test 於IMDG 6.1.5.3.6有規範
