Generator load running test and heat running test

The generator 'load ruuning test' and 'heat running test'
shall be carried out simultaneously.Both tests shall be
carried out at rated power factor by using a load bank
under rated voltage and frequency.The operation of generator
shall be confirmed as per below:
Load Duration
0 % 1/4 HRS
25 % 1/4 HRS
50 % 1/2 HRS
75 % 1/2 HRS
100% 1 HRS
110% 1/4 HRS

The following results shall be measured at every condition
and every 15 minutes Except (i) shall be measured before &
after the test.(USE NON-CONTACT THERMOMETER)
a. generator frame temperature
b. bearing temperature
c. ambient temperature
d. cooling air inlet and outlet temperature
e. voltage
f. current
g. output power(kw)
h. frequency
i. stator coil temperature
